Warranties

Warranty Period: All the consumer electronic products, white goods and baby products offered in the Agora lane catalogue have a 2 year warranty according to European law. All Sportswear brands have a 15 day manufacturing warranty.

What is not included in the guarantee?

- Defects caused by negligence, hits, misuse, tampering, wrong voltage or installation, or wear and tear, are not included.
- In the case of computer products, the guarantee does not cover virus removal, software recovery for this reason or hard disk reinstallation after formating.

The guarantee will be void:

- If any detail of the guarantee or the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced; and/or
- If the identification number or the guaranteed product is tampered with or repaired without prior authorisation by the Technical Service

Definitions

Limited Warranty:
All products sold by Agora Lane are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty varies depending on the product and is typically valid for a specified period from the date of purchase. Please refer to the specific product page or contact our customer service team for details on the warranty coverage for your purchase.

 

Warranty Claims:
If you believe your product is defective or requires warranty service, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Exclusions:
Please note that our warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable parts are also not covered under warranty.

 

Manufacturer Warranties:
Some products may come with additional manufacturer warranties, which are separate from Agora Lane's warranty coverage. Please review the manufacturer's warranty information provided with your product for details on coverage and claims procedures.

 

Limitation of Liability:
Agora Lane's liability under any warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product, at our discretion. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

 

Warranty Registration:
In some cases, you may be required to register your product to activate the warranty. Please follow the instructions provided with your product or visit our website for more information on warranty registration.
